We believe by trained professional mentors focusing on the needs of our high-risk youth where there is a breakdown in their family structure; economic, social, and behavioral problems; substance abuse; academic failures; and the lack of strong role models, and with Corporate America and the community at large partnering by investing resources, training, and hiring these youth, they will improve their present conditions and be restored to their best possible functional level.
